The table is the best I've ever played on anywhere, and it is perfectly smooth and level, as well as beautiful and sturdy. Dennis is pretty well a genius - more than adequate in everything he does. Our friends Sue and Colin just purchased a hot tub from LCL ( I believe it was Eric that they dealt with) and are expecting to get it at the beginning of June. I saw them about 1 week ago at our daughter's birthday party and they were so pleased with you guys. They did a lot of looking around to see what other stores had to offer, and ended up coming back to you because not only did they love the tub but also because they felt the customer service was top notch!. We purchased a Coast Spa model Kalahari in September of 1999. It's been outside now since then, used extensively by my family year round but gets more use in the winter.
We purchased the spa from LCL Spas and Billiards of Winnipeg. In August of this year my family moved from Selkirk Manitoba to Aylmer Quebec and of course we brought the tub with us. It sits proudly in our back yard again outside and it is having no difficulty with the second language. My purpose in writing is not only to express my thanks for making such a great product that ahs been in almost continuous use year round for over 5 years and has worked without fail through minus 40 winters and plus 30 summers, but also to pass to you my appreciation for the excellent service your dealers provide. The family at LCL have been great listeners and have been able to provide great after sales service, while the tub has not let me down. Prior to our move they took it to the shop for a "tune up" and returned to me a tub ready for another trouble free experience. When I've had occasion to ask for their advice they have always been there for me. Your selection of them as your representatives in Manitoba was a great choice! They know their product well and work with the customer. Since moving to Aylmer I have called upon Mermaid Pools to provide some help this past week when one of the diffusers got stuck and managed to drain the spa. Moira the person I worked with was efficient and understood the urgency to get the Spa repaired. Within a day they had a technician to my home to replace the part and get me up and running again. Unfortunately Mermaid doesn't have Email so I can't copy this to them. Please be sure and let them know.
If anyone ever asks for a reference from a satisfied customer whose spa has gone through 4 Manitoba winters outside and a spa that is used at least 4 times a week, let them call me! The workmanship is great and the dealer network is second to none! We made a great investment and look forward to many more years of hot tubbing in a Coast.

To the LCL after hours service;
My hot tub went out on the evening of December 2.
We were on our way out to a Christmas party when the tub shut down and wouldn't restart.
The afterhours technician called me on my cell and went to our home and made the necessary repairs that were covered under our warranty.
Thanks very much for the great service when we really needed it.

For those of you who have never had a tub before, my experience with LCL has been great. We purchased a Coast Tub August 2007 and we love it. My experience with the level of salesmanship and service has been great. I used the same check list of questions to ask from every dealer I went to before buying a tub. LCL's knowledge of the product convince me to buy their product. The best part, I never thought I would enjoy the tub as much as we do. We have literally used the tub almost every day since we have had it delivered. I especially like to bring my water sample in and reassuring myself that the water is at it's best. This tub has really been good for my back. Thanks LCL for the level of service and selling me a great product.

We are leaning towards the Radiance...but would like to take a look at them one more time. I just had your service tech (Andrew) out this morning to fix my hot tub. I wanted to let you know what a great job he did, and what a personable person he is. For today being as cold as it is and having to work with gloves off and hands in water, he was in pretty good spirits the whole time he was fixing the tub.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I purchased a Softub Spa from your St. James street store. From the moment I walked in I was treated to great customer service. As I'm really bad with names - I regret that I can't remember who it was that helped me that day. Starting from the person that helped me on the showroom floor, to making the final payments and explaining the entire process on the installation - it was very clear and concise.

We Love Our Spa!
There's nothing like enjoying a soak in the tub, especially when the weather turns cool. We might have to turn our backyard into a pub as it's become the neighborhood jewel.
